Music, music, and more music!   We love all kinds of music at Just Friends!  We have so many wonderful volunteers that come in and share their musical talents.  

The Second Time Around Band, Charles, our very charming Harmonica player, Garry & Sam both individually come in to play their guitars, Judy & Mary, our beautiful piano players.  We also have the Line Dancers from the Senior Center visit, too!   Today we have Mary on the piano! 

Music is such an important part of our participants lives.  They love to sing along and get up and dance!  This is an activity that stimulates so much of each person as a whole.  It can stimulate them mentally, spiritually, physically, and emotionally!  You can’t go wrong with music in you life EVERY day! 

SING A SONG today or do a little JIG!!!!
